Delivery Information

UK Orders
Free delivery is offered on all orders in the UK, dependent on your postcode area. The free delivery option can take up to 3-5 working days to reach you. If you require your order sooner, please choose a paid service.

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging. If it is damaged, refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to us.
Then email us at info@motam.co.uk so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Orders (3D Goods Only)

Proof of Delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Bespoke Furntiure
For bespoke and made-to-order items (commissioned furniture and custom signs), delivery timescales will be discussed and agreed with you separately before your order is confirmed, based on the specific piece and current workload.
