Free delivery is offered on all orders in the UK, dependent on your postcode area. The Free delivery option can take up to 5-7 working days to reach you. If you require your order sooner, please choose a paid service.
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging. If it is damaged, refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to us. Then email us at [email protected] so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Orders (3D Goods Only)
We currently deliver to Ireland, Selected European Countries, the US Mainland, and Canada.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.
Important: Orders shipped outside of the UK may incur import duty, VAT, and/or customs handling fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount depends on your country’s import regulations, the value of your order, and the carrier.
US orders
Duty is pre-paid and included in your delivery cost. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Proof of Delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
