Motam Woodworks - Robert Sorby ProEdge Knife Sharpening Jig
This is an alternative to the Robert Sorby knife jig which uses the clamp and bar.
Two Versions Available:
Standard (60mm) - Ideal for larger knives as it has a wider base to support the knife
Narrow (42mm) - Ideal for smaller knives, when you want to get closer to the heel/bolster of the knife
Features:
- It's quicker and easier to setup, saving you time.
- Provides an accurate and consistent angle
- Repeatability, once setup you can sharpen several knives.
- Simpler to use compared to the clamp style
